What Does an EMDR Intensive Include?
An intensive isn't simply a longer therapy appointment. Each intensive includes three parts: a 50-minute preparation session, an EMDR intensive of up to 3 hours, and a 50-minute integration session.
Intensive Options
Telehealth EMDR Intensive $1,150 and In-Home EMDR Intensive $1,350, available weekends only in Seattle and select surrounding areas. These are private-pay services and are not billed to insurance.
