I am in network with Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise Health Plan of Washington for eligible standard 50-minute psychotherapy sessions. If you have another insurance plan, out-of-network benefits may help offset the cost of qualifying psychotherapy services.
Session Fees
Individual therapy is $185 for a 50-minute session. A 90-minute extended EMDR session is $300, private pay only and not billed to insurance.
EMDR Intensive Packages
Telehealth EMDR Intensive Package $1,150 and Private In-Home EMDR Intensive Package $1,350. Each includes a 50-minute preparation session, a reserved intensive treatment block of up to 3 hours, and a 50-minute post-intensive integration session. Private pay only.
